1. About CoreConnect

2. Appropriate use

Use CoreConnect lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, interfere with the service, or misuse other people's information. You are responsible for reviewing important translations before relying on them.

3. Not a medical or emergency service

CoreConnect is not intended to diagnose, treat, or monitor medical conditions and is not a substitute for professional medical care, an emergency communication system, or a guaranteed communication aid. Do not rely on it for emergency calls or other situations where a transcription error could cause serious harm.

4. Accounts

Some features may require an account. Keep your sign-in information secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us. Account availability and sign-in methods may change as the product develops.

5. Content and permissions

You remain responsible for the audio, text, and other content you choose to submit. You authorize the processing necessary to provide the features you request, subject to our Privacy Policy. Do not submit another person's private information without appropriate permission.

6. Availability and accuracy

CoreConnect may change, experience interruptions, or produce inaccurate results. We aim to improve the experience but do not promise perfect recognition, uninterrupted access, or suitability for every use case.

7. Third-party services

Some functionality depends on third-party hosting, authentication, and AI-processing services. Their availability and applicable policies may affect how the app operates.
